会员服务经理 

万国群星正寻求一位全职的会员服务经理,可以在青少年培训部内领导监督会员服务团队。

工作职责

• 有效地管理俱乐部4人会员服务团队。

• 培训,监管并在现有基础上拓展俱乐部会员服务团队

• 建立,规划并实施通过行之有效的方略,更好地完善俱乐部会员服务体系。

• 监管会员报名青少年培训课程情况,调整各组人数,时间并根据需要合理调配俱乐部现有资源。

• 礼貌接听会员来电,专业维护俱乐部会员数据库。

• 根据会员相关需求和投诉,及时、准确、礼貌地应对处理。

• 分析会员反馈,同时与管理层协同研究并改进俱乐部足球产品和服务。

• 定期通过俱乐部网站和电子邮件,与俱乐部会员进行沟通。

• 与俱乐部管理层协同准备,规划并实施一项旨在提高俱乐部会员继续报名人数,同时达到俱乐部会员预期销售目标。

• 如有需要,参加&协助俱乐部与其他第三方活动&赛事。

职位要求

万国群星俱乐部工作地点酒仙桥。工作时间为周一至周五5天,如有需要,周末也会有工作安排。

 

• 致力于提供卓越的会员服务!

• 本科及以上学位(英语、公关或服务有关专业优先)

• 良好的语言运用和书写能力(英语以及中文,同时能使用更多外语者优先)

• 2年以上会员或客户服务管理经验

• 有能力管理小型团队,合理有效地分配任务,保持友好、积极向上的工作环境。

• 有过建立指导方针和制定程序的经验,能够有效地与与团队成员沟通。

• 良好的问题解决能力和决策能力,还需良好的项目管理和合理规划分配能力。

• 优秀的组织能力,自我激励,高效守时并注重细节。能够独立工作同时能具备团队协作能力。

• 优秀的人际交往能力,友善随和,能够快速与对方建立联系并发展推进。

• 具有良好的电脑办公技能(Word, Excel, PowerPoint,网页浏览以及邮件)。

• 能够很好地适应国际化办公环境,能够与不同国籍、不同文化背景的人沟通交流。

• 体育爱好者(特别是足球!)

 

Member Services Manager

ClubFootball is seeking a full-time Member Services Manager to lead, direct and oversee the Member Services Team within the club’s junior football department.

Summary of  Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the club’s Member Services Team.

• Train, monitor and develop the club’s Member Services Team members on an ongoing basis.

• Create, implement and develop sound procedures for the club’s member services communications.

• Monitor member sign-up rates for the club’s range of junior coaching programmes and adjust course groups, schedules and use of club resources as appropriate. 

• Maintain the club’s membership database in a clean and professional manner.

• Effectively address member requests or complaints in a timely, professional and friendly manner.

• Analyse members’ feedback and work with senior management to develop and improve the club’s range of junior football products and services.

• Regularly communicate with club members through the club’s online and Email communication channels.

• Work with senior management to prepare, develop and implement a plan to increase re-sign rates amongst club members and achieve the club’s member sales objectives and goals.

• Attend & assist with other club and third party events & functions as required.

Requirements

The successful candidates will be based at the ClubFootball Offices at Jiuxianqiao. Working hours are 5 days per week from Mon to Fri. Occasional weekend work may be required.

 

• A commitment to providing excellent member service!

• University graduate, preferably in English or a PR or service-related major. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese – additional language skills are advantageous). 

• 2 years+ experience in a member services or customer service management position.

• The ability to manage a small team, delegate and assign tasks effectively, and get the best out of team members, while retaining a friendly and supportive working environment. 

• Experience in creating guidelines and procedures, and effectively communicating these to team members.

• Sound problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to excellent project management, prioritization, and planning skills.

• Very well-organized, self-motivated, efficient and punctual with high-attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly & approachable with an ability to quickly develop relationships and strengthen them going forward.

• Good computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet browsing and e-mail) and a high-level of attention to detail. 

• Candidates must be comfortable working in an international environment and dealing with people from all countries and backgrounds

• A passion for sports (and football especially!) is advantageous but not essential.
