Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities：
Develop sponsorship sales revenues across our businessregionally, particularly Greater China.
Commercialisation across events, clients, hospitality,barter and new business development through sponsorship sales.
Develop an effective sponsorship business developmentplan with specified sales targets aligned with the strategic vision of thedivision
Construct and deliver executive level presentations andresponses with the ability to conduct full negotiations with clients
Develop relationships across our business regionally andwith international sponsorship sales executives in our offices worldwide.
Ability to identify new sponsorship businessopportunities and generating new ideas;
Provide regular periodic reporting on revenue andprofitability
Preferably has a strong network in Hong Kong / Chinacorporate environment;
Leading the sales and marketing executives
Assist with the generation of proposals and thetranslation and editing of proposals and reports in Chinese;
Database management of corporate clients; and MarketUpdates and sales reports.
Assist with government relationship where applicable.
Service existing and new co-sponsors during the eventswhere necessary;
Knowledge and Experience：
Minimum 5-6 years sales and marketing experience.
A visionary who has the skills and dedication to take aproject from conception to completion
A strong ability to think strategically, creatively andtactically;
Self-motivated, determined personality;
Ability to take initiative and think forward.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English;good written skill in English.
The ability to work well independently and also withteam members; Matured, Self-motivated, team player and capable to work underpressure;
Willing to travel often and ability to work effectivelyon the road.
Very strong corporate sales background;
Strongcommunication and presentation skills in Mandarin Chinese and good writtenskill in Chinese;
