A. PR management
l Be responsiblefor periodical PR and media monitoring and reporting delivery for Mailman and its clients,including collecting news clippings, relevant data etc, while producinginsights and takeaways
l Dailycommunication with all Mailman departments to evaluate best ways to ensureregular client media coverage
l Support on PRevents to promote Mailman Clients and/or Mailman and consistently maintainmedia relations per year.
l Assist support onevents to complete both PR and social tasks such ascopy based contentproduction, paid media management and vendor management.
l Help researchcreative public relations strategies that fit the company profile.
l Assist in drafting and translating written materialsrelated to PR events, i.e. media invitations, press releases, newsletters,speeches etc.
l Arrange for interviews or public speaking events forMailman staff and Mailman clients
l Assistin communication with the media to take care of their requirements during thepreparation of PR events.
l Arrange for interviews or publicspeaking events and construct press releases.
l Assistsocial media content writing and distribution
B. Media management
l Regular communicationwith media connections across all industries: sports, lifestyle, entertainment,fashion, tech, and so on
l Research new mediaconnections on a regular basis
l Researcha media database across all industries
l Assistcreative public relations strategies that fit the company profile.
l Research and own 1new initiative every 3 month for the PR team to work on and improve.
